Classic Cure: dilute a teaspoon of prickly pear vinegar and a teaspoon of honey in a glass of hot water, once a day, preferably in the morning on an empty stomach.
Slimming cure: dilute two tablespoons of prickly pear vinegar in a liter of water, shake well, drink all day, or, pour a tablespoon of prickly pear vinegar in a glass of water, drink 15 minutes before each meal.
